How it works

Four steps, start to finish — this is the actual order it happens in.

Enquire

Message us your date, location, and group size. We'll confirm availability and quote.

Confirm & sign

Lock in your date with a deposit and a quick liability waiver — a few minutes, done before we arrive.

We arrive & set up

Crew tows the fleet to your venue, fuels up, and briefs every rider on safety before anyone gets on the water.

04

Ride

Rotations run on time, crew supervises throughout, and we handle pack-down at the end.

    Che — Deckhand QualifiedLaunch, recovery, equipment checks, on-water assistance.
  • Support
    Tallin — CrewRotation timing, life jacket fitting, refuelling, general support.
  • Life jackets provided in a full range of sizes, fitted and checked before every ride
  • Safety briefing given to every rider before getting on the water — no exceptions
  • Signed waiver required for all riders; parent/guardian signature required for minors
  • Crew-to-craft ratio scales up for larger or mixed-age groups
  • Commercial watercraft & public liability cover in place
